Alhamdulillah delivery is FREE for all orders placed within the United Kingdom! We will dispatch your painting to you Royal Mail or Parcelforce Recorded Delivery.  You will receive a tracking number for your purchase.

What are the shipping costs for artwork?

Shipping cost vary, and depend on the size and weight of the canvas.  We will only charge you shipping costs for you particular purchase, that is why we do not have a set shipping price.  For more information regarding shipping costs, please email us or go to our delivery information page.

How long will it take to create my chosen painting?

Your painting will be created by hand and may take up to 28 days for you to receive.  If you are outside of the UK, it may take another 5 days for your painting to arrive.

I have purchased a painting from Rumaysah Arts, how do I look after and protect my painting?

Please do not use household cleaners  to clean your artwork.  Although the painting has been varnished for its protection it is best to  use a dry cloth or a duster to wipe away dust.  Also keep your painting away direct sunlight.

The ‘Buy Now’ button does not work on the painting I wish to purchase, what shall I do?

If you wish to purchase a painting and are having difficulties with the ‘Buy Now’, please email us with the painting reference number, the size and price.  We will then forward you a money request form from Paypal to you email address.

Can I view your artwork in a gallery?

Rumaysah Arts is a online art gallery, artwork can only be viewed online.  If you require additional pictures of our Islamic paintings, please email us at info@rumaysah.com.

Why are there no set prices for canvas sizes?

The price of our art work  is based on a number of factors.  The size of the canvas, the time spent on creating the artwork, and whether the painting has been created using mixed media or textured.

Are the edges painted on the canvases?

All the edges on our canvas have been painted or ‘gallery wrapped’, giving the canvas a more ‘deeper’ and finished look.  This means that there is no need to frame the canvas.  You can choose to keep the edges white, this also give a modern clean look.

Will my painting be the same size as displayed in the website?

Paintings displayed in the pictures in this website are NOT to scale.  Please ensure that that you view the sizes of the canvases before ordering.  We will not be able to take refunds if  ‘the size looked different in the website’.

I wish to purchase a painting, but would like a different canvas size, would this be possible?

Yes.  We can create any of our paintings on any canvas size you require.  If you are unsure of the sizes available, please email us.  We will be able direct you towards the nearest canvas size available.

I would like my chosen painting split into three canvases is this possible?

Yes.  As long as the artist feels that it would work as a painting, we are able to split the painting into two or three canvases.  For example, this has been done for paintings  MA081 & MA087 and a few more.

Can I have a canvas not stretched onto a wooden frame?

Yes. If you would like your painting shipped in a roll in a postal tube, we can do this for you.  This means that you would need to ‘stretch’ the painting onto a wooden frame yourself.  This will save you on postage and shipping costs.

Will the colours on my monitor be the same as the original painting?

Whilst every effort is made to ensure that the images on the website match the paintings sometimes this is not possible because of lighting, varnish on the painting or individual computer setting.  Many of our paintings use metallic and textured paint, this unfortunately cannot be captured on camera,.  In this case we will state the use of metallic or textured paint on the required painting description.  Paintings on the website may seem quite ‘flat’, in reality our artwork is slightly textured, the 3D liners help make the painting 3 dimensional.
