DELIVERY INFORMATION Alhamdulillah delivery is FREE for all orders placed within the United Kingdom! Customers outside of the UK, please contact us for delivery charges. All of our items are sent recorded Delivery and we will always obtain a certificate of posting. All items will be dispatched to you in the condition described. On receiving your painting, you will need to sign that you have received your artwork Packages sent to the USA, United Arab Emirates, Canada and other destinations around the world are sent by Parcelforce, with online tracking.

We try to keep postage and packaging costs to a minimum, therefore we will only charge postage cost for individual size canvas paintings. If you are interested in larger artwork, multiple paintings, or would like to reduce shipping cost, we can sent your painting rolled in a postal tube, please email us at info@rumaysah.com for more information.
Artwork created will be sent to you within 28 days once payment has been cleared. As you may be aware, the larger canvas artwork can take up to 28 days to create and dispatch to you. The smaller canvas art may take less time to create and may be sent to you within 7 -14 working days.
If you have a deadline for your painting, for example as a wedding gift or in time for Eid, please ensure that painting is purchased a minimum 28 days prior to the occasion. Please contact us after ordering to ensure that we can get it to you in time. Please also ensure that you state your deadline so that we can prioritise your order. It is very likely that you will receive your Islamic painting one week before your deadline insha Allah.
If you wish to purchase a painting as a gift but are unable to give your gift by hand, we will gift wrap your chosen painting and send it on your behalf insha Allah. Please contact us with the address of your chosen destination, and a short message to the recipient.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
RETURNS: Our artwork is of the highest quality and we are certain that you will be pleased with your original painting. If however for some reason you are not fully satisfied and wish to return the painting, it is important that you read our returns policy carefully . Paintings may be returned for a valid reasons. Please notify us via e-mail with 7 days (including weekends) . The paintings must then be returned to us within 14 days from purchase. We will charge for cost of initial postage and packaging should we accept the goods back. Returns cannot be accepted without prior authorisation by us, so it is important that you receive an e-mail from us to authorise your return. Goods must be returned to us ‘As sold’ in original packaging. This means that the painting and the packaging must not be damaged, as the packaging is vital in protecting the artwork during delivery. There is however no automatic right to return unwanted items. We will not accept artwork back that has been commissioned or personalised, as you can appreciate these will be very difficult to sell on.
CLAIMS: Any damaged goods, wrong items or shortages must be notified to us via e-mail within 5 days of receipt and non-delivery of a painting within 7 working days of the invoice date.
LIABILITY: Although every effort will be made by us to sent your painting in a perfectly packaged condition; we cannot be held responsible for lost, damaged, late or non-delivery of an order due to circumstances outside our control. Packages may be late due to a postal strike, bank holiday, or during the new year period, Please ensure that you give us plenty of time so that we can complete and deliver your artwork.
IMAGE QUALITY: Please note that the camera is unable to capture the true beauty of the original artwork. Our artwork has more depth, texture and vibrancy in comparison to the ’flat’ image shown on our website. Whilst every effort is made to ensure that the images on the website match the paintings, sometimes this is not possible due to lighting, varnish on the painting or individual computer setting. Many of our paintings use metallic and textured paint, this unfortunately cannot be captured on camera,. In this case we will state the use of metallic or textured paint on the required painting description.
Copyright laws apply. Under no circumstances can our artwork be reproduced in any other format other than that created by the artist. These copyright laws apply even after the purchase of our original artwork, the artist holds complete rights over the paintings, and may choose to reproduce or create prints of her original work.
